Our certification program is designed to validate specific AI skills and competencies. By participating in our certification program, you agree to complete all assessments honestly and without assistance unless explicitly permitted by the assessment guidelines. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or misrepresentation will result in immediate disqualification without refund and possible suspension of your account.
Certification assessments are proctored remotely. By registering for a certification, you consent to video and audio monitoring during your assessment session, screen recording, and the use of automated proctoring software to ensure assessment integrity. These recordings will only be used for assessment validation and will be stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
myAIdojo.com certifications are valid for a period of 2 years from the date of issuance. After this period, recertification may be required to maintain your certified status. We reserve the right to change certification requirements, assessments, and standards as AI technology evolves.
Upon successful completion of a certification assessment, you may use your earned credential in accordance with our credential usage guidelines. You may not misrepresent your certification level or status, and we reserve the right to verify and publish the certification status of any individual claiming to hold our credentials.

We offer subscription plans with different features and limitations. The fees for the subscription plans are posted on our Site and may be changed from time to time. By selecting a subscription plan and providing your payment information, you agree to pay the fees for the selected plan.
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. By default, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
For certification fees, payment is due at the time of registration. All certification fees are non-transferable to other individuals.
We reserve the right to change the fees at any time, but will notify you before any price changes affects your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
Certification registration fees are refundable under the following conditions:
Rescheduling an assessment is free if done more than 48 hours in advance. A $25 fee applies to reschedules within 48 hours of the assessment time.
If technical issues on our part prevent you from completing an assessment, we will reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund at your choice.
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
